Shipping:  is via Canada Post.  Please note that for security purposes, jewellery may be shipped separately from yarn / scarves / notecards if purchased at the same time. 

I ship jewellery to the US and Canada at a flat rate of $7.50 shipping and handling - regardless of the number of items in the order. This includes insurance and package tracking.  Estimated delivery times are approximately 1 week in Canada, 2 weeks to major urban centers in the US.

I ship yarn, scarves, & notecards to the US and Canada via small parcel airmail at a flat rate of $6.00 shipping and handling.  Timing is generally 1 week in Canada, 1-3 weeks to the US. 

Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates only - cross border orders in particular may be delayed by the vagaries of customs. Faster shipping options are available, but cost more - email me for quotes if you are interested. Customs charges may be levied by countries outside of Canada - these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

I ship to Great Britain and most of Europe, as well as Australia, New Zealand & Japan – international shipping rates are as follows: $10.00 flat rate for small parcel airmail (generally around 3 weeks delivery time).  Please note that this does not include package tracking – faster and/or more secure options are available for shipping the jewellery, but are more expensive – I will be happy to give you quotes on request.

Returns: with refund of the purchase price are accepted on the following terms: at my sole discretion, in the event of a defect in workmanship. You must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item to discuss the matter before any return can be approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs and deposits on custom work are non-refundable.

Payment:  is via Paypal, which accepts virtually any credit card, as well as echecks and direct transfers.  You do not require a Paypal account to utilise the Paypal checkout system.  I will also accept personal cheques, but cannot ship your item until the cheque has cleared my own bank, which will delay shipping.   I will ship your items within two business days of confirmed transfer of funds. Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars.

Custom work:

Jewellery: I am happy to adjust the length of necklaces and bracelets (where noted to be possible in the description) for no charge, prior to sending them out. Many of my necklaces are already fitted with extender chains, allowing you to adjust the length to suit the neckline of each outfit you wear it with.
If you would like earrings to complement one of my necklaces, pendants or bracelets and don't see what you need on the earrings page, simply contact me to discuss what you have in mind. (Design and price to be agreed upon via email prior to beginning work.) Any custom work over $50 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning work.

Yarn:  At this time I do not provide custom dyeing as a regular service however, I welcome feedback and suggestions.

Wearing it to bathe or swim, exposing it to household chemicals, and rough treatment will greatly reduce a piece's life span.
