I have a fascination for knots and am endlessly dreaming of ways to tie them in metal.  Here is one I am quite pleased with.  It is substantial without being overly heavy, and would be suited to a man or woman.  Length: just over 7 inches.  Finished with a sculptural hammered sterling silver hook and eye clasp to nicely balance the piece.
