My favourite breed of wool, in a worsted weight.  This yarn embodies the best of both worlds – tough, woolly, pill-resistant.... and divinely soft.  The plump, springy, 4-ply structure gives it fabulous stitch definition – ideal for cables and other texture-rich designs.  It feels a bit "hard" in the skein, due to the firm twist; as you knit with it, the silky smooth texture becomes more apparent, and it blooms into its full glory when washed and blocked (it takes hard blocking very well.)  Each skein is 110 gms, approx. 200 yds.

Copper is a saturated, fiery orange-red colourway, layered with subtle hints of the pinks and browns that comprise the rich possibilities of the metal itself.

These skeins have a single knot each and have been discounted accordingly.
