Terms and Policies

To contact me: please use the form on the Contact Us page. I check it regularly, and endeavor to respond to all communications in a timely fashion.

Shipping: is via Canada Post. I ship to the US and Canada at a flat rate of $7.50 shipping and handling - regardless of the number of items in the order. This includes insurance and package tracking. Orders totaling over $100 ship free to the US and Canada. Estimated delivery times are approximately 1 week in Canada, 2 weeks to major urban centers in the US. Please bear in mind that these are estimates only - cross border orders in particular may be delayed by the vagaries of customs. Faster shipping options are available, but cost more - email me for quotes if you are interested. Customs charges may be levied by countries outside of Canada - these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers outside the US or Canada, please email me before ordering to discuss shipping options.

Returns: with refund of the purchase price are accepted on the following terms: at my sole discretion, in the event of a defect in workmanship. You must contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item to discuss the matter before any return can be approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs and deposits on custom work are non-refundable.

Payment: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover, or if you prefer, you may pay with your PayPal account. I will ship your items within two business days of confirmed transfer of funds. Please note that all prices are in US dollars.

Custom work: I am happy to adjust the length of necklaces and bracelets (where noted to be possible in the description) for no charge, prior to sending them out. Many of my necklaces are already fitted with extender chains, allowing you to adjust the length to suit the neckline of each outfit you wear it with.
If you would like earrings to complement one of my necklaces, pendants or bracelets and don't see what you need on the earrings page, simply contact me to discuss what you have in mind. (Design and price to be agreed upon via email prior to beginning work.) Any custom work over $50 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning work.

I do not make copies of other designers' work.

Your privacy: is respected and safeguarded at all times. No information is ever given out, sold, rented or released without your express permission.

Please note: that my pieces are intended for the personal adornment of competent adults only. Jewelry of any kind may present a choking or strangulation hazard to children. Common sense dictates that jewelry should not be worn around machinery or moving parts, or in any other situation where it is likely to snag on objects. Wearing it to bathe or swim, exposing it to household chemicals, and rough treatment will greatly reduce a piece's life span.
