I make every effort to accurately identify and represent the materials used in my jewelry creations. Unfortunately, the world of gemstones is rife with misleading terminology, so to assist my customers in feeling confident about their purchases I have provided these information pages.

My description of a piece identifies the components by common, industry accepted terminology. This index provides an expanded explanation of terms, including enhancements, mineral information and any special care instructions. It is updated on an ongoing basis and I welcome questions, comments and feedback.
